Jam: 240ml freshly squeezed orange juice, 2 tbsp açai powder, 1/2 tsp vanilla powder, 1-2 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tbsp chia seeds
To serve: Bread, coconut yoghurt, nut puree (optional), berries (optional).
Mix the freshly squeezed juice with açai and vanilla powder. Sweeten with maple syrup to taste and then stir in the chia seeds. Then let the jam rest for 30 minutes so that the chia seeds absorb the liquid.
The jam can then be served with bread and coconut yoghurt. Nut puree and more berries also go well with it.
The jam will keep for 2-3 days in a sealed container. Please store in the refrigerator.
