Blueberry Açai Jam: 1 pack of frozen açai puree, 100g frozen blueberries, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp chia seeds.
Smoothie: 62g soaked cashews (soak in lukewarm water for 4 hours or in hot water for 30 minutes), 100 oat milk, 1 pack frozen açai puree, 150g frozen blueberries, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tbsp chia seeds
Topping: 250g coconut yoghurt, frozen raspberries, your favourite granola, almond paste
For the jam, put all the ingredients (except the chia seeds) in a saucepan, bring to the boil and then simmer for 5 minutes. Add the chia seeds, stir in and puree everything. Then set aside to cool.
For the smoothie, puree all the ingredients and divide between 2 glasses.
Combine the jam with the yoghurt to make a marbled cream and add to the smoothie.
Decorate with granola, raspberries and almond paste.
