Puree: 2 packs acai puree (200g), 80ml coconut milk or almond milk, 1/2 banana, a handful of frozen blueberries
Toppings: 1/2 banana (sliced), fresh berries, granola, peanut butter
Puree the ingredients in a blender until the puree reaches a creamy consistency. Place the puree in a bowl, garnish with toppings and enjoy immediately.
