French toast: 1 tbsp ground flax seeds, 1/2 tsp vanilla powder, 120ml oat milk, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 8 slices vegan toast, 1 organic açai chocolate almond chopped, 1 organic açai chocolate cashew chopped, 1 organic açai chocolate coconut chopped.
Extra coconut blossom sugar for sprinkling and coconut oil for cooking
Mix the oat milk with the flax seeds, maple syrup and vanilla powder and set aside for about 10 minutes.
Melt the chocolates in a water bath.
Cut the crust off the bread and then roll it with a rolling pin so that all the bread slices are equally flat.
Spread each slice thoroughly with the melted chocolate, add some extra chopped chocolate and roll up tightly.
Heat a pan with coconut oil and dip each slice of toast into the liquid mixture and fry for a few minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the pan and sprinkle with extra coconut blossom sugar.
