Nut Bites: 20g puffed quinoa, 30g puffed wheat, 150g chopped almonds, 130g chopped cashews, 1 pack of roughly chopped acai strawberry chips, 120ml maple syrup, 120ml toasted almond puree
Chocolate: 3 packs Açai Chocolate with Almond, 5 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp coconut oil.
Mix all the ingredients for the Nut Bites and set aside. Heat the maple syrup and almond paste in a saucepan (do not let it boil), then pour over the ingredients and mix everything together until it becomes a uniform mass. Press the mixture into a small mould (20x20cm) and place in the fridge for a few hours until everything has set.
Melt all the ingredients for the chocolate sweetener in a water bath. Remove the Nut Bites from the fridge and cut into small bites.
Dip each morsel into the melted chocolate and place on a baking tray it spread out baking paper.
Let everything set in the fridge for approx. 30 minutes and then enjoy!
