Mix all the dry ingredients together. Then mix the coconut milk, maple syrup and apple cider vinegar and add to the dry ingredients.

Heat the coconut oil in a pan and add about a spoonful of batter. Fry the tag until it bubbles and then turn it over.

To serve, garnish with berries, maple syrup and açai powder.

Note: There are different types of flour and therefore they are not all equally absorbent. So start with 160g of coconut milk and add more as needed.
