Latte: 2 tsp guarana powder, 1 1/2 tsp coconut blossom sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla powder, 2 tsp hot water, 3 tbsp cocoa powder, 120ml coconut cream, 440ml frothed and warmed coconut milk.
Mix the powder with the coconut blossom sugar, vanilla and hot water until everything has dissolved and leave to cool. Whip everything together with the coconut cream and cocoa powder.
Divide the coconut milk into two glasses and top up with the cream and enjoy immediately.
