Ingredients
Smoothie: handful of spinach, 4-6 Tuscan kale leaves - stems removed, 240g almond milk, 2 tbsp guarana powder, 150g diced pineapple, 1 frozen banana, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp hemp seeds, 1 tbsp almond puree
.Instructions
Mash all the ingredients together, divide into two glasses and serve with extra hemp seeds as a topping.
