Cooled shipping

We ship your order deep-frozen with the environmentally friendly insulating packaging Paperfloc and dry ice. This guarantees that the cold chain is maintained for up to 72 hours.

Shipping days

We ship every week from Monday to Wednesday. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an info email with your personal tracking code.

Please make sure that you can accept your package, otherwise your package will go back to the depot and defrost there. If you are not at home, you can also issue a drop-off permit online. Just click on your tracking link and select "Issue a drop-off permit".

Damages

Please inform us immediately if a shipment is damaged and also if the delivery time is considerably exceeded.
