Cool shipment

We ship your order deep-frozen with the environmentally friendly insulating packaging Paperfloc and dry ice. This guarantees that the cold chain is maintained for up to 48 hours.

Shipping days

We ship every week from Monday to Thursday. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an info email with your personal tracking code.

Since we place great importance on creating as little waste as possible in the production and delivery of our products, it is important to us that your order arrives safely. Especially in the hot months we advise you not to let your delivery stop, as it might melt. Please make sure that someone is at home to receive the package. Of course, contactless deliveries, where the package is left directly in front of the door, are excluded as long as they are accepted directly after the package has been left.

No dispatch to packing stations

Unfortunately, we cannot send your order to packing stations due to refrigerated shipping. Shipments are redirected to post offices when the selected packing station is fully occupied and therefore the cold chain must be maintained for another 24 hours. We ask for your understanding.

Damage

Please inform us immediately if a shipment is damaged and also if the delivery time is considerably exceeded.
